Frances Ly is our Principal Optometrist with over 20 years of industry experience. She is a highly dedicated practitioner and takes pride in building lasting relationships with her patients. She has a strong interest in ocular imaging technology, as well as therapeutic co-management and paediatrics.
Frances is passionate about educating future optometrists and has served as a Clinical Placement Supervisor for Deakin University. She has also volunteered with community programs such as the Vietnam Vision Project, Paralympics Australia, and the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Outside of Optometry, Frances attends her local F45 and listens to K-pop sensation, BTS.
Josephine began her career in Optics in 2011. Over the past 10 years, she had developed a deep passion for helping patients find the perfect pair of glasses that not only enhance their vision but also reflect their unique personal style. Throughout her journey, she has honed her technical skills, enabling her to provide exceptional customer care.
Josephine is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese, which greatly benefits the local community.
Outside of Optical Dispensing, Josephine enjoys camping with her husband and two young children.
