Please note: We are primarily a private billing clinic.  We bulk bill pension card holders, children age 16 and under, and in other circumstances at the discretion of the clinic.  Please contact us if you wish to discuss. 

By making a booking at our practice, please ensure that you attend your scheduled appointment on time and accept our practice fees and charges (before Medicare Rebate) below:

Initial Eye Examination – $80

Subsequent Eye Examination – $40

Diabetic Eye Examination – $80

Optical Coherence Tomography + Ultra Wide Digital Retinal Imaging – $70 (non-rebate)

Contact lens Assessment (New Wearer) – Bulk billed to $120

Contact lens Assessment (Existing Wearer) – Bulk billed to $80

Occupational Eye Examination – $120 (non-rebate)

CASA Aviation Test – $280 (non-rebate)

The private fee will be billed at end of your consultation and your Medicare Rebate will be processed electronically.  If eligible, the rebate ranges between $33.15 to $66.15 and should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.

Please make sure you have provided your updated Medicare details and sufficient funds in your account.

Our HICAPS machine provides on-the-spot claims for all health funds. So whether you are with Medibank, BUPA, HCF, AHM, Doctors Health, CUA, Defence Health, CBHS, Peoplecare etc. we save you the hassle by claiming it directly for you!
